Our printing machines are from the Italian Giant one of the world's leading suppliers of substrate processing and printing and converting equipment's.

Maximum of 10 color's we achieve in our label's with including all of embellishment technologies.

Operating speed of our machine will be 200 MPM. Printing and converting in one pass.

Laser Set laser-assisted pre-register system for immediate cylinder positioning.

Ready: easy drop in technology for fast interchangeability of flexo, screen and foil. Ready in few minutes. High level of energy efficiency.

CONVERTING

ACCURATE INSPECTION WITH PRECISION SLITTING

A B G an UK based company one of the world's leading suppliers Finishing and converting equipment's. Our SRI is equipped with Non-Stop Turret Rewinder's which can results in 30 %higher production than normal rewinder's. Operating speed of our machine will be 350 MPM. And the machine is integrated with 4K inspection camera. There was no compromise in Inspection. Slitting tolerance is just a 0.05 mm which is minimum till to date.

These are extensively used for packaging bulk goods, cartons, boxes, beverages cans, soft drinks, pallet load, bottles, eatables, household items, etc. A major cost saving advantage is that it can eliminate the boxes or trays used for packaging.
